About Us

We find, study, and curate the jeonteongjus of South Korea. But we need more. All of this cannot be done by ourselves. As Korean culture continues to spread, traditional and modern Korean plates are being discovered and enjoyed by a bigger audience; this is thankfully being fulfilled by local restaurants around the U.S. “ANJUU hopes to go beyond the green bottles and make Korean traditional liquor accessible to the worldwide audience as it may be the last puzzle piece of the globalization of Korean dining experience and culture.”
